24-Hour Nursing & Clinical Care
Every resident, known deeply.
Every outcome, tracked carefully.
Every plan, fit to the person — not just the condition.
Seniors Living Well is a 12-bed residential care home in Marikina where every resident is known by name and by story. Our trained care team provides round-the-clock assistance, structured clinical monitoring, and genuine companionship — professional care and compassionate care, inseparable.
Redefining aging well — one life at a time.
Seniors Living Well provides professional, competent, and compassionate care for senior residents — protecting their health through rigorous clinical practice while nurturing their dignity, wholeness, and quality of life. Every resident who comes to us carries a life’s worth of story, longing, and love. Our role is to hold that story carefully — and to build their care around it. Because competence is an act of respect, and every person in our care is a whole person — known, accompanied, and honored.
Three Dimensions of Wholeness
Personal, emotional, and spiritual — the story behind why we care the way we do, and the conviction that animates every room.

A clear path from inquiry to welcome.
We’ve designed the admissions process to be clear and low-stress for families. Here is every step, with nothing hidden.
Initial inquiry & family meeting
We schedule an online meeting to discuss your loved one’s care needs and explain SLW’s care framework and services.
Contract signing
If both parties agree to proceed, we send the admission contract outlining terms, services, and fees.
Document submission
The family submits pre-admission documents — identity records, emergency contacts, medical history, and advance care directives.
Document review
The care team reviews everything and confirms readiness for admission, communicating any follow-up questions.
Room assignment
A suitable room is assigned based on your loved one’s specific needs and assessed care level.
Orientation & welcome
Family and resident receive a warm orientation to the facility, its policies, and the people who will care for them.
You are a partner, never a visitor.
Compassionate care extends beyond the resident to the people who love them. Families are kept informed, consulted, and involved at every stage.
Guardian Edition Reports
Plain-language progress reports translate clinical findings into a clear picture of your loved one’s condition — on a cadence matched to their care needs, from quarterly to daily.
Family Conferences
When the care plan is built, the team walks you through it — every goal, every intervention — and listens. Your input shapes the plan.
Honored Wishes
Advance directives are documented, reviewed regularly, and respected without exception. The resident’s values lead; the care follows.
